1) What are those black lines running
along the baseboards and the edges of the stairs?
If you have light colored carpeting you might see dark lines on the
edges of the carpet. This type of soil is called filtration soil.
Filtration soil is caused by air passing through the carpet. This is
often because of a pressure change in the room where doors are shut
pushing air through little cracks in the stairwells and around the
baseboards. Filtration soil can be very difficult to remove because
it happens over a long period of time and isn't noticed until the
buildup is considerable.

6) What process do you use to clean carpet?
We clean according to the manufacturer recommendations. We use the
"hot water extraction" method, also known as "steam cleaning". This
process is used by 96% of all carpet cleaning companies. Most major
carpet manufacturers recommend hot water extraction as the preferred
method of cleaning.

7) How long does the carpet take to dry?
The normal drying time is anywhere from 6 to 12 hours. Elements
such as weather conditions, room temperature and air flow can have
an effect on the overall drying time.

8) Does your cleaning process soak the backing of the carpet?
No, although our process rinses the carpet deep down, moisture does
not penetrate the backing of the carpet. With our powerful
truck-mounted equipment, your carpet is thoroughly rinsed, but left
only damp to the touch.
