1. Pre-Cleaning Inspection: I
perform a precleaning inspection to note any existing problems and
or damage in order to inform you of your options
2. Through Dry Vacuuming:
We use commercial vacuum cleaners with a beater bar.
3. Pre-Spotting:
We use specialized spotting formulas and
remove any hard to remove spots as needed.
4. Enzyme Pre-Spray:
I use citrus based detergents to loosen and
brake up soil deep in the carpet.
5. Rake or Agitate Solution:
Raking helps for the pre-spray penitrate and brakes up
soil further. This makes for a deeply cleaned carpet.
6. Dwell Time:
Allowing the conditioner 10 minutes before the hot water
extraction.
7. Rinse:
Using a neutralizing formula.
8. Final Groom:
This raises the pile to evenly dry your carpet.
9. Final Inspection: To go over the
results and discuss any points of interest.
10. Stain Protection: DuPont Teflon
Stain Guard.
11. Speed Drying:
Drying times can vary between 4-8 hours.
