1. Pre-cleaning inspection / Damage report -
First I perform a pre-cleaning inspection to note any
existing problems and or damage in order to inform you of
your options
2. Dry Vacuuming -
I use commercial vacuum cleaners with a beater bar.
3. Pre-spotting (As Needed) -
I
use specialized spotting formulas and remove any hard to
remove spots as needed.
4. Stain removal (As needed) -
The Removal of stains or Dye molecules in Carpeting
requires application of chemicals prior to and sometimes
after cleaning process. Complete Stain Removal is never
guaranteed, each stain is different.
5. Enzyme Pre Treatment -
I use citrus based detergents to loosen and break up soil
deep in the carpet.
6. Agitate Solution (Rake Carpet) -
Raking the carpet further brakes up soil and helps the
pre-spray penetrate into the carpet. Making for a deeply
cleaned carpet.

7. Dwell time – 15 minutes -
Allowing the conditioner to dwell for up to fifteen
minutes before hot water extraction.

This raises the pile to evenly dry the carpet.
10. Groom carpet -
Grooming the Carpet at the end removes any loose fiber and
fluffs the pile.
11. Apply Stain Protection (Optional) -
DuPont Teflon Stain Guard
12. Rake & Groom in Stain Guard -
Carpet should take 3-4 hours for it to dry. Other factors
such as heat, airflow or humidity can effect drying times.
