This page will give you a general idea of our rates for estimating purposes. Please note that a $200 Minimum Service Charge applies to all service visits.
Rates for our residential carpet cleaning depends on whether:
- You live in the home, or
- The home is unoccupied, such as after a move-out

- Pre-treat spots & stains – Some stain work is included.
- Move furniture – Includes 1-3 small items per room.
- Apply Detergent, agitate, dwell time…
- Thorough rinse and extraction.
- Groom carpet to help with drying.
- Air movers are used during the job to speed up dry times.
- (Optional) Stain protection – *Please ask if interested.
- Walk through with client to get approval.

(1) Standard synthetic carpet includes all types of Nylon, Polypropylene/Olefin, Polyester and Triexta Polyester.
(2) More complicated cleaning situations such as heavy soil or carpet types include natural materials such as wool or cotton, shag, velvet plush, other carpets that include natural fibers such as cotton foundation material or jute backings.

Tile and Grout Cleaning
We clean ceramic and porcelain floors, showers and counter tops

Tile cleaning rates will vary depending on the soil conditions as well as the size of the tiles and total square feet of the job.
Some soil conditions may require a second wash. The first wash removes the grease and soil buildup.
After the initial cleaning we can better identify any further issues such as grout stains that might need further attention.
Pet Odor Removal Rates
Sub-Surface Extraction – Odor and Stain Remover

By applying a high volume of heated oxidizer directly to the pet urine deposit we can break down proteins, kill bacteria and remove stains. After applied we allow for a 25-minute dwell time so the product can do it’s chemistry. We then follow up with a sub-surface tool to rinse and extract the solution and urine. Results may vary depending on both saturation levels as well at previous attempts that were unsuccessful.
Bio-Enzymatic Sanitizer – Post treatment

This process is used most often when dealing with surface deposits of urine. The product itself is an enzyme and is applied after the general cleaning of the carpet. Once it’s applied, we allow for a 35-minute dwell time followed up with a through vacuuming removing most moisture. The remaining product that is left in the carpet will continue to metabolize the urine during the drying process.
