Extraction Plus cleaned the carpets of my 2 story condo in
Rohnert Park in 2007. I was moving out, and I was worried because
the landlord had said if the place wasn't "immaculate, in pristine
condition" I wouldn't be getting my deposit back. Needless to say
I really needed the money as I was moving across the country to
Texas. On top of that I had kept a ping pong table in the living
room, as well as black wrestling mats my boyfriend would lay down
to practice grappling with his friends. The carpet was in rough
shape and their was only a tiny window between me getting the last
of my stuff out and the landlord showing up for the final walk
through. Extraction plus worked with my crazy schedule, got the
entire condo done in no time and the landlord actually whistled
saying "he couldn't believe these were the same carpets, because
he thought the place looked better then when I had moved in two
years ago." I got my entire deposit back, and hit the road happy.
It was worth every penny. Plus I now have sterling rental
references for life. :-)

I hired Extraction Plus on two occasions. First was to clean my
carpets (which were filthy due to having a toddler). Not only did
he use chemicals that would be safe for my one year old, but he
was friendly and made sure to explain what he was doing happily
and put my one year old and me at ease!
I also hired Extraction Plus to clean a very heavily soiled couch
I had gotten from a family member (the previous owners smoked,
ate, and were sick on it) and he still managed to get all traces
of cigarette, food, and throw up out of the fabric. It was almost
as if it were brand new!

This is as good as carpet cleaning gets, folks! You've seen all
the commercials--now hire Extraction Plus. Truth be told, we
were in an emergency situation with our house going on the RE
market within days and Kyle answered the phone first.
Plusses for me: He gives his rate on his website; he always
answers the phone. And you'd never know he does all the work
himself, because the end result looks like a crew of 6 spent 3
days working on 26-year-old carpets in 5 rooms, a stairway and a
hallway.
Can't recommend Extraction Plus enough. Thank you, Kyle! The
house shows like new.

I called Kyle in the winter after discovering a huge damp mold
stain in my bedroom. He was able to come out the very next day
for me. He was very thorough. I didn't think he would be able to
get the horrible mold stain out, but he did, plus he cleaned,
treated and dried it so no more mold would come back! Also, way
cheaper then I expected! Thanks Kyle

Honest and on time
They showed up when they said they would. They removed stains I
never thought they could get out. They even answered all my
questions with a smile.

good job
Use this guy! I called made an appointment. the cleaner guy
showed up on time "good".I wasn't to impressed.He then proceeded
to do a very thorough cleaning job on my carpets of three rooms.
Very Impressed ! that's why i'm writing this! He got out stains
I thought would never come out!!!!!!!!!
